ReadiGolf sends emails to keep your group informed about play dates, tee times, scores, and payouts. Here’s what players can receive.
Play Date Emails
- Invitation / Opt-in – When a play date is created, players can get an email asking them to opt in or out
- Tee time notification – Once tee times and pairings are set, players receive their tee time and group
- Reminders – Optional reminders for undecided players or as the date approaches
Post-Round Emails
- AI Game Day Summary – A fun, AI-generated recap of the round (tone and humor configurable)
- Payout notification – When the commissioner marks payouts, winners can receive an email with the amount owed
Who Controls Emails?
Commissioners configure play date notifications when creating or editing a Play Date. Players can typically adjust their email preferences in the app’s profile or settings. Sponsored players receive emails at the address you provide for them.
Prebuilt Templates
ReadiGolf uses prebuilt email templates for common scenarios—who’s in, who’s out, tee times, payouts. This keeps messaging consistent and saves commissioners time. You can supplement these with your own group chat or custom messages.
